About Dr. Nicola
An Integrative Approach
Dr. Finley is a board-certified Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine physician, fellowship-trained in Integrative Medicine, certified by the Menopause Society, a Global Wellness advisory board member and an adjunct faculty member at the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health at the University of Arizona. With clinical experience at Canyon Ranch, community clinics, academic medicine and hospital settings, she now leads a consulting practice that helps organizations elevate their wellness and preventative health strategies
She is the principal and founder of a boutique consulting practice focusing on curating preventative medicine initiatives globally. Some example of her areas of expertise include workplace wellness, metabolic health and women’s health. The wellness initiatives that she develops and implements are tailored to the needs of the clients. Also, she advises companies and organizations as a medical and subject matter expert. In addition, she is a sought after speaker on a variety of preventative medicine related topics with an evidence-based approach.
Previously, she practiced integrative medicine at the world renowned wellness resort, Canyon Ranch in Tucson, Arizona. She began her career delivering primary care to medically underserved communities at El Rio Community Health Center and St Mary’s Hospital. Then, she was core faculty at the internal medicine residency program at Northwest Healthcare. Dr. Finley is an alumna of Brown University, the George Washington University School of Medicine and the University of Arizona’s integrative medicine fellowship program.
